    As far as I know, both of them are considered but the priority is given to best of four subject's marks, the cut-off that is released is based on the best of four subject's marks, you can also check the university website. All the rules and regulation about calculating the best of four subject's marks is available on the university website.

    The cut-off will be based on the best four subjects. Please remember, this cut-off is different for different courses and colleges under DU. It means each college has its own cut-off. So, same case is for chemistry also.
