Is D.El.Ed or D.Ed from other state valid to get a govt. job as a primary teacher? I have a UP domicile.

It is not necessary to do your Diploma only from your state. You can pursue your Diploma from a government recognized institute, then you will be eligible for a government job anywhere in India.
