I strongly advise against choosing a course on the basis of Placements. But I can tell that Civil Engineering is a good branch in terms of placements and package. To get a better Idea about the type and quality of placement you can get accurate information from old aluminies and administration itself. -
Hello, in our college placement of civil engineering is ok. Some companies come for placement and previous year 20 to 30 students are selected in that companies and some other companies are also come other than civil engineering.

The college has a large placement cell. Every year 6 to 8 companies visit the college. Last year, the student got 3.5 lakhs per annum package. 20% to 30% students every year got the internship. The companies like Ultratech. Kirloskar offered internships every year.
