Is deemed university or a open university is better for get a job?

Sir, i have completed b.tech with 60% will i get goverment job in nalco,bhel,ntpc

You'd better think of your eligibility for a job,first.The university will come into picture ,later.Your skills are highly important.Develop them.The employer will examine you first.
