is degree in one sitting is true???....is it valid to appear for UPSE?

is degree obtained in one sitting from recognized university is applicable to appear for UPSE or Other Civil Services exams?

hi abhi,welcome to https://shiksha.com and that things are not valid for gov related exams and don't try to do that try to study in regular mode and those are not recognized by any a university but the people may said lot of things at the time of joining but don't try any things i hope u understood.
