Is degree more important or work experience? I have been rejected by 3 companies in this month because I have not done a degree in commerce.

Degree is just a ticket for your interview, but experience matters a lot, but as you go up in hierarchy in organization, you need to have higher qualifications.

As you work and needs promotion Degree is mandatory
