Is Delhi board of secondary and higher secondary education a fake board?

I have passed 12th from Delhi board of secondary and higher secondary education. It seems like its a unrecognized board in india. But I am in a graduation final year BBA. I want to do MBA from ISB or some reputed b school. Should I need to appear 12th again from NIOS and do graduation again?

Delhi doesn't have a Board for secondary education. A school could be affiliated to CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc. (Mostly just CBSE within schools in Delhi).
