Is Dibrugarh University better than Tezpur University?

<p>Dibrugarh University has been ranked 33 in the Pharmacy category by the NIRF ranking 2023 whereas Tezpur University was not under the top 100 by NIRF ranking 2022. Moreover, it has been ranked 301-350 in the Asia University Rankings.
