No, for 3 years LLB Graduation is mandatory, but if you are in class 12th and Diploma holder you can apply an integrated 5 years programme like B.A. LL.B. & B.A. LL.B.A. LL.B. (Hons) course will be required to study more papers than a general B.A. LL.B. Degree and having honors will be a plus point if you're willing to study LL. M. or Ph.D. Honors are always given preference in terms of jobs and placements. In the honours programme, more practical learning is there and more subjects are to be studied. No, a Diploma course is not valid for applying for a 3-year LL.B. Course in India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has relaxed the eligibility criteria for the 3-year LL.B. Course and now allows candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline to pursue the course. However, Diploma holders are not eligible to pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course.
