No, for 3 years LLB Graduation is mandatory, but if you are in class 12th and Diploma holder you can apply an integrated 5 years programme like B.A. LL.B. & B.A. LL.B.A. LL.B. (Hons) course will be required to study more papers than a general B.A. LL.B. Degree and having honors will be a plus point

No, a Diploma course is not valid for applying for a 3-year LL.B. Course in India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has relaxed the eligibility criteria for the 3-year LL.B.
