Is diploma in Civil Engineering from distance education valid for supervisor in Dubai?

Hi Sabir,
Job requirement varies with organization. Normally, a diploma in civil engineering with more than 5 years of work experience is required by many. There are other organizations which do not have such criterion explicitly mentioned. You may check leading job portals for details and further information.
