Is Diploma in Commercial Practice equivalent to Plus Two i.e. for to apply Lower Division Clerk of Public Service Commission Notification

After SSLC Examination I wish to join in Diploma in Commercial Practice. I wish to write the PSC Examination of LDC. when I get DCP ,can I apply to Lower Division Clerk Post .
