Is Diploma in HR a good course to pursue?
I am planning to pursue it from Welingkar. It is a 1year Diploma course

Instead of pursuing a Diploma in HR I would rather recommend you to pursue an MBA in HR. Dear sailee. yes its good but you should come from good college. IIM kolkata, st xavier labour relations institute are some of the top institutes. therefore before yuo join prefer best institutes to study all the best.
