Is Diploma in mechanical engineering equivalent to a plain degree like B.Sc, BA or B.Com?

I want to join a BPO but I am confused. I have done 3 years of Diploma.

No, not at all. Both, the fields are completely different from each other. One is a technical background and other is different. A Diploma degree will have more advantage and opportunities as compared to other degrees.

Nope. We cannot compare arts with Diploma. Diploma is technical engineering based. But in arts, you will study about arts subjects practicals. That's all.

Diploma is never equivalent to Bachelor degree. It is considered as equivalent to the higher secondary or the 12th class degree.

Diploma in mechanical engineering is not equivalent to B.Sc or BA degree. It is a technical Diploma course which can be done after class 10th. You may have better career options after completing Diploma in mechanical engineering as compared to B.Sc or B.A.
