Employment in easy for a Diploma than Degree, but in terms of pay degree stands, and when it comes to duration, Diploma programs are of shorter duration compared to degree.

Diploma in Power after 10th is below a degree in Power engineering. Post graduate Diploma in Power is a higher degree that Power engineering degree.
