The clear answer is no. A distance BTech degree is not valid in India anymore. It is not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and UGC because of a variety of reasons. Dear Harshit,
Distance B.Tech is invalid not just in India but throughout the world. In fact, there is no any single university in India which offers B.Tech through correspondence. Doing so is the violation of UGC and AICTE norms.
