Is distance course valid for MCA in IT and Ph.D?
Currently, I'm an IT professional and working in IT firm for 10-years and want to switch to teaching. I have a good academic score of more than 70%.

Obviously, but your course on the basis of which you are applying for MCA or Ph.D should be recognized in the period you passed it. Regards.
