Basically in Distance Education courses are used to be developed / designed such a way so that professionals could accomplish the courses at ease. In my Opinion Lovely Professional University will be the best option for pursuing courses in Distance Education mode. I don't know about other universities but yes at LPU does not offer M.Tech in Civil Engineering. However, there is a long list of other programmes are offered including Management BBA MBA). This will definitely help you in your career growth.
