Is Distance Education Cell is a Part of Distance Education Council?? Is Distance Education Cell is also approved by Govt.?
I have spoke to NIMS people they told me that NIMS is approved by Distance Education Cell which is part of Distance Education Council. As per NIMS when they will complete 15 year than they will be approved by Distance Education council. please advise what is Distance Education Cell?

All are managed by Universities.There are some open universities also.All universities are funded by Government and they are autonomous.
