Is Distance education degree (lateral entry) from Annamalai University in year 2009 valid as the exam center was Lucknow?
I have passed I and II year of BSc from College affiliated from Punjab university in 2004-05, after that I joined a govt. Job in 2005, and took migration and passed BSc math 3rd year (lateral entry) in 2009 from Annamalai university. Exam center was Lucknow which is not in territorial jurisdiction.

However, According to the official information, Annamalai University's Distance Education is not approved by the University Grants Commission (before 2014) and your degree is not valid.
