Is distance education valid or can I get a job after doing graduation from distance education?

Distance education (Degree) approved by DEC, UGC/ AICTE is valid for both government and Private job at all level. That is technical view for the legality issue for distance education.
However,
Job to Job and case to case, more than a degree, criterion for the position outwit full-time education over distance education.
