Distance graduation(b.sc.) degree is valid for b.ed,CDS,&other gov jobs from subharti university,meerut?

Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is a University under section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission (U.G.C.) Act, 1956 and is approved university for regular courses. However, it is not approved by DEC for distance education which is mandatory for government services like CDS etc.
