Is distance learning recognized ? I cannot attend college due to my job and want to complete my graduation,what option do i have ?

I am pursuing my graduation in b.com externally from pune uni and want to complete my graduation asap what options do i have if i go for distance learning ? and is it recognised or does it keep any value ? i have a subject left in f.y b.com
