Is distance MBA course applicable for government jobs? Does it provide opportunities to go abroad?

It depends on the recognition of the program and your academic performance. For government jobs it is not recommended as most of them requires applicants to hold a full time degree. Similarly opportunities in abroad depends on the current vacancies and requirements.
