Yes, it is definitely worthy because it provides a lot of opportunities and gives a boost to one's career which is great. Doing a distance learning programme from Bangalore would provide an edge over the others.

Yes, the courses provided by WE-School have recognition in the industry. Also, the kind of study material and exposure that you get is worth the fee that you pay for.

Distance PGDM is not worth if you are getting an opportunity to get in Welingkar, Mumbai you can go for it. The placement is a bit decent and the location is also good for personal as well as professional growth.
