Is Doctorate in management studies different from Doctorate in business administration & Ph.D in management? If yes, how is this different?

Business administration and management studies are different from each other. If you look at their Bachelors degree, one is called BBA and the other is called BBM. Subjects studied in each of these are different and the scope of job is also different, not greatly though.
