Hi,
'A' level course of NIELIT Scheme is equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the NIELIT.
This course has been recognized by ministry of HRD as equivalent to BCA qualific

On which basis are you saying that A level is equivalent to BCA for Central government jobs?
