Dear Sameeksha, Yes, doing MBA after a B.Com is a better option who wants to grab more opportunities. My friend also did MBA after B.Com at LPU along with me. Being alumni of LPU, I highly recommend LPU for an MBA degree based on the following things-
The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. Placement: Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employabili

Hi Sameeksha, It depends upon your choice of career. MBA is totally different from CA. MBA is a general degree whereas CA is a specialisation of sorts. But when you hold MBA with B.Com Degree, then you will have similar career opportunities. Secondly what matters are your grades in B.Com and MBA and type of institutions you pursue them from. Some of the best institutes to pursue MBA after IIMS are :- XLRI, NIIMS, Symbiosis Pune, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Jamia Millia, Manav Rachna Faridabad etc. All the best to you.

Without a doubt, MBA is a very good notion after BCo. Job opportunities after MBA in India are wide, and it is the responsibility of the students to pick up the right job from the options available. While considering the job opportunities after MBA, the students must make a list of options, analyze the pros and cons and weed out the thorns to weave the path of success. LPU is known for its MBA. LPU provides quality education, with great scholarship programs plus holistic learning opportunities. Both MBA and CA are dynamic career option. An MBA is a post-graduation course that you can do only if you have passed your graduation. CA on the other hand is a professional degree course that can be applied for after the twelfth standard or after graduation. Choice of the course is purely based on your interest and the area you wish to work in. The scope of work for a CA is mainly in the field of finance and accounting area whereas MBAs have more diversity to choose from. Many students even decide to pursue MBA Finance after they have completed CA. Being a high-investment course, pursuing an MBA should be a calculated decision for any

Dear Sameeksha, The decision depends on your area of interest. -If you like accountancy and want to study the same further plus you accounting concepts are quite clear then go for CA. -And if you like business management and finance as well, then go for MBA. But the scope of MBA is quite wider than that of CA as latter majorly focuses on one subject and on the other side MBA is a mixture of many subjects. I would suggest you to go for MBA for more career opportunity. If you are looking for best university for MBA course, I would say Lovely professional University is best University. The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP)

Being an MBA graduate I would like to answer this question. I have done my MBA from LPU and it has helped me grow professionally by providing ample of opportunities. It's purely based on your interest and the area you wish to work in. The scope of work for a CA is mainly in the field of finance and accounting area whereas MBAs have more diversity to choose from. An MBA degree increases your expected earnings to a great extent. If you enter the job market with just a B.Com. Qualification, you may not receive very attractive starting salaries. But you can boost your expected compensation with a master's level education, and also negotiat

Hello Sameeksha. The purview of doing a MBA is very much different from that of CA. MBA offers a holistic view to the approach of business and management. If you are interested to explore various domains of knowledge apart from finance, MBA would be a right choice. Also, finance has a much broader scope from accounting. Hope you could figure out the difference. Feel free to contact me for more information. All the best !
