According to UGC regulations, you are permitted to pursue both a Diploma and a degree. You can obtain a Diploma from any institution like, apply to IGNOU for a degree (Indira Gandhi National Open University).

Hi, As per the rules of UGC you can do both Diploma and degree, do your Diploma from where ever you want and apply for a degree from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). .

It is good if you complete class 12th first, it has more value, I would suggest you complete your class 12th and after that, go for Bachelors in cinematography.
