Is doing engineering from a normal college better or doing BCS from a top-most college is better for placement?

Hi, Good Question. I know many IT professionals who are from normal/average college but holding Sr. positions. It does't matter the college if student is good. However, we live in the age where placement, company matters too. In that case Better, Top most college can provide this facility. Also you need to keep in mind better/top colleges fees will be higher for obvious reason.
