De4ar you can pursue Exicutive MBA from IIM's there is requirement for 5 year experience for admission

Yes MBA is always beneficial. See if you can get a lateral entry directly into the 2nd semester of the 4 semeter course. This will save you 6 months time and few thousand of ruppees. Sikkim-Manipal Universitiy has this provision.
