Dear Sameeksha, MBA at LPU is much valuable and recognised internationally. I did my MBA at LPU itself. Being alumni of LPU, I highly recommend LPU for an MBA degree based on the following things- The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. LPU is ranked No. 2 among Indian B-Schools in 'Outreach and Inclusivity by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. Placement: Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. As per my experience, MBA at LPU offers an optimum blend of theory and practice to provides a solid foundation in general business management with specializations in the area of choice. Impeccable placement records with more than 150 companies including ITC, Asian Paints, HDFC, Federal Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Moody's Analytics, WNS Global etc. And so on recruiting MBA students with the highest package of 21 Lacs Per Annum and on an average package will be 4LPA TO 6 LPA with nearly 90 % placement rates. I would say, The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. LPU has recently Marked among Top 50 Best Management Institutes by NIRF ranking 2020. Also, LPU has won National Employability Award 2020. Faculty in department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on our skill enhancement. There are lots of career opportunities after MBA in different areas. The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning. Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have decade of experience. Faculty was really helping. Even they helped her after regular university hours for her projects. On an average the MBA students of LPU is offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary). The placements are exemplary. Im a pass-out myself and Im placed in a decent company, while some of my friends are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. University environment is pretty decent with high-tech security.

Lpu provides ample opportunities to each and every student to secure good placement with the help of their placement cell. The university has been ranked high by various agenies like NIRF, MHRD with regard to placement of the students. Talking about the placement, the placement of MBA is quite good. The (2019-2020) year statistics of MBA is average package was -5.2 LPA the highest package -16.6LPA despite of this, the placement cell of lpu is very much active and every year new companies are coming to give placements to the students. So basically if we SEE the graph of placements in MBA sector it is increasing every year and this is good factor to check about placement gor any university. Other than this internship drives are also being arranged by division of career services in their respective semesters. Lpu students are successfully placed in big brands like amazon, morgan stanley, bosh, IBM, samsung, nestle and verizon. So according to me pursuing MBA from lpu will be good decision after some years and as you have asked I definitely believe that it is very valuable. One more factor that is students capability also plays an important role in placements because college can only provide with better companies but it is your responsibility to get placed in the company that is visiting the campus.
