Is doing MBA just after gradtn is good or by taking work experience in any company of 1 or 2 year and then join MBA in any average college.

Hey Junaid, Doing MBA from any ordinary college will get you through the same difficulties for fetching a job. Either you do it now or you do it later, do it from a reputed college. I would suggest yopu to pursue it now in a single shot as lot of candidates face problem while studying after a break.
