Is doing ms in us in electronics domain gives us chance to get high pay scale & great opportunities as fast as possible in both us/india

I am b.Tech graduate with 70% aggregate main in ece group(fresher).so interested in doing ms(unable to choose subject in ms).actually my aim is to earn money as fast as possible & clear my debts, go to my village & settle.earn more money ms iin us & work ther is good or not? wat abt career in india?
