Is doing PG in IMRT (Institute of Metro and Railway Technology) of 1 year by spending 8 lakhs is a right decision?

What is guarantee after the training? What is the guarantee in terms of money? What is the value of the certificate and what is our financial position?
All these questions naturally creep in. It is big money, so the final output certainly matters.
