Is doing PGDM course helpful for a Diploma in Tool and Die making Student?

Sir, I'm completed my Diploma in Tool and Die Making and even got a job too and also I'm interested to do a course called as PGDM (Post Graduste Diploma in Management) by distance education, so please give me some suggestions about doing PGDM and is it helpful in the growth of my career or not?

PGDM is Industry Oriented programme where if you have interest in doing, trends the current market follow you can surely do.
