    1. DIMS is Great for medical sciences.
    2. It is one of the premiere institutes in Uttarakhand.
    3. It is under the state government and under ayushman scheme of the central government.
    4. It provides variety of courses such as MBBS, BSC in various fields such as nursing and optometry and different medical sciences.
    5. it resides in beautiful city of dehradun.
    6. it has an area of 52 acres.
    7. Rest assured hostel fees is decent too.
