Is Dr. BR Ambedkar open university (Hyderabad since study center locally available) distance traditional master degree add value to my CV?

At present iam pursuing my Technical master degree full time and iam planning to do traditional Masters degree in distance part time mode. so kindly provide clear assistance regarding this. Is the exams conducted in local study center or need to write exams in University?
