<p>Situated at Bhagwanpur, in the Vaishali district of Bihar, India, is the private institution known as Dr. C.V. Raman institution, Bihar (CVRU). Under the Bihar Private Universities Act, the All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT) founded the university in 2018.
