Is Dr C V Raman University UGC,DEC and AICTE approved?? It mentions course delivered through AISECT and can be taken anywhere in India??

Planning to do a UG program through distance education from CV Raman University...When enquired they said its UGC,DEC and AICTE approved how far is it true?? They say its delivered through AISECT what does this mean does it mean i can take this exam from any AISECT centre in India??
