Is Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute,chennai still remains blacklisted university? Can I join this college?

I done my 12th. now am going to do my B.tech. so i decided to join Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute,chennai. but when i searched about this college. i found that this college is in Blacklisted university. Is this still remains in this state. plss i need answer

You can check the black listed colleges from the UGC and AICTC sites. Otherwise you can check on some other good sites for maximum academic schemes.LOg to RAI, LPU, JNTU
