    Dayananda Sagar Institutions (DSI) is an independent college which is run by Sri Dayananda Sagar and was inaugurated in the year 1960. The college is recognised by AICTE and is also associated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). DSI is venturesome and self-funded and is under Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust. The campus is 29 acres in size, and it has more than 25 institutions, providing 200-plus programs. Student intake: campus: 20,000+ students, faculty: 1,500+. Currently, DSI is funded at 85% from private sources, 10% from government grants and balances from alumni and industry partners. It is a NAAC-accredited instit
