Yes, there is, but the problem is that the seats are quite low and hence you have to work hard to get into this college. -
You should have passed your diploma examination with an aggregate percentile of 60%(For General class) from a board recognized by DTU.
After completing your diploma, be prepared to answer the DTU LEET2018 exam which will be held in DTU itself, somewhere in the month of June - July. (bare in mind, 85% seats reserved for Delhi region students and 15% reserved for outside Delhi region).

Mechanical and Automotive Engg. (MAM)
Bio-Technology (BT)
Environmental Engineering (ENE)
