Both are different having 2 subjects in specialization. Dual MBA and general MBA.

No, MBA with 2 stream is called dual specialisation and MBA with one stream is called general MBA.

No, dual specializations mean you will pursue with 2 specializations in MBA like MBA in Marketing and Finance, MBA in Marketing and HRM, MBA in Finance and HRM and so on. Hello! One can pursue only one stream in a general MBA (the stream is decided in the second year) whereas an MBA with dual specialisation means you can pursue two streams at the same time. For example, MBA in Marketing and HR.
