Duke University acceptance rate is 6% which is too low. The low acceptance rate symbolizes students have to perform at their best in academics, and extracurricular and must have experience in the chosen field to increase their chances of getting selected. Almost 50,000 students applied for 2,855 spots, resulting in an acceptance percentage of only 5.8%. This is a 25% increase in applicants over the previous year, and admissions are becoming increasingly tough.
