Is EC is still available

Asked about ABES Engineering College - B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering

UPTU rank is 31864 I also gave ur Clg entrance ppr and they offered me EC but due to my father accident I was unable to take admission and I was late . But is there is any possibility still?
