Currently the trend of ECE is slowing down. But we expect to see a rise in the coming 5-8 years. Opt for this stream if you are really interested in core electronics.

My interest is in designing or core both but future is not good for both! Why package of ECE is very low as compare to other trade?

Yes, of course. It might be not the best but better than many other streams. Let's make a list of facts related to ECE-
1. Course structure: mainly deals with circuits and communication. Coding knowledge is required.
