Is ECE a good choice at IIIT, Allahabad?
Asked about IIIT Allahabad - Indian Institute of Information Technology - B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering
I have also heard that from this year 5 years courses will be discontinued, if yes then will the seats for the 4 year courses increase?

Yes, of course, ECE is a good branch and that too in IIIT. IIIT mainly focus on IT branches like CSE IT ECE and EEE. Though ECE and EEE are evergreen that is they have both opportunities core and IT. But in every IIIT, CSE and ECE is there(no mechanical civil or any other). So you can think what is the scope of this branch and how good it is?
