Is economics Masters M.Sc. And MBA finance Job profile almost same? What should I choose?

M.Sc economics doesn't have much value as MA in economics. MA economics is good if you are looking forward in career like government jobs, teaching research, etc. MBA is good if you if you are interested in corporate career.
