Is education in India better than Canada given that I wish to settle abroad ?
My 10th CGPA was 10. I am still studying in 11th with commerce.

It is not correct to give open statements about settling abroad.You just plan for a study abroad and work for it.If you have good qualifications, you will get chances automatically.Countries are not encouraging immigration.They say that they allow you to study there.So you also plan for that in this

It is always great if you go there for a study any time.For building a career, going abroad is a sound idea.If you have a chance, you can plan it early and do your graduation there.
