Is EE different from EEE? Some NITs have EE and not EEE and vice versa.

In electrical engineering (EE)you will study about the electricity generation and the equipments used in that like motors, wires, generators etc., but in the electronics and electrical engineering, you will study about the manufacturing of the electronics products like TV, fridge and many other things. Now you can choose the one in which you have the interest the most.

EE: Electrical engineering consists only the subjects of electrical curriculum. Syllabus is less in comparison to electrical and electronics engineering but it also reduces the job opportunity. While in electrical and electronics engineering, subjects and syllabus of both the disciples are fairly covered. Job opportunity increases as private sector also comes in as a major recruiter with the involvement of electronics.
